Amazing orchids just now blooming in the yard. When they all come out there will be 17 blooms. This was an orchid that I hung in a tree outside my window some years ago. Since then the tree I originally hung it on died, but I cut out the section of it that had the orchid and just attached it to another palm in the yard, and it has been thriving. Update: I just looked back through my photos and found an image from 2010 of this same orchid when it was still in the old palm. It's been outside and blooming for 5+ years!
